MJX Hyper Go H12Y's shocks feel too stiff on smooth roads or too soft off-road. How can I adjust them for better handling?

• The H12Y's shocks have adjustable pre-load collars and damping settings. Turn the top collar to increase/decrease spring tension (stiffness). For damping, replace the oil with a different viscosity (e.g., 25wt for smooth terrain, 35wt for rough tracks).
